A panic alarm is sounding in a home, the police are notified, there is a Beware of Dog sign posted on entrance...should the police enter or not?
There are multiple views here...story of two kids dead in a fridge in a neighbors backyard several years back...cops got slammed cuz they didn't go in the neighbors yard to check...reason BEWARE OF DOG AND multiple dogs....seems like the News of Late focuses only on the bad things that happen....I do agree there is a problem and cops need more training etc..
