Teddy didn't sit on my lap, wag his tail or respond to high pitched praise when he was a puppy.
He still rarely sits on my lap if there are other options (near but not ON my lap), looks at me as if I'm stupid if I praise him with a high voice AND wags his tail only when he hasn't seen me for a couple of hours. Otherwise, unlike most puppies/dogs I have either owned or encountered, he uses his tail only to chase or groom...haha. |
