Congratulations on your baby!! I have a jealous little Yorkie too..at first I thought it was kind of cute, but not so much now. She is extremely possessive of me when I'm holding any other living being. When my neice comes over with her little baby, Sunni has no problem. She pretty much ignores the baby, until I hold her..then she gets all nutty and barks, gets on my lap and tries to get closer to me then the baby
Yesterday, I was brushing my other dog and I thought she would lose her mind. I honestly didnt know how to handle it, but figured if I stopped brushing Harry she would know her antics work. So, I ignored her and eventually she was ok. I'm just going to have to keep working on it. I think its great that you are thinking and planning for this before your baby comes. I'm sure after the initial meeting, things will be fine. Its when you are NOT prepared for things, that things go wrong.
