I don't know how old your baby is but when I got Little Miss Elliot, her tail didn't wag much at all either. I remember commenting on it to my partner and comparing it to my other yorkie puppy's tail. Over the next few weeks though, it started wagging more until now, when she is four months old, it seems to wag all the time. |
