 Seeds
I don't know about the interstate US rules but I know that bringing any seeds or plant material from abroad needs certification that they are disease free etc.
Also with the security of the mails these days, anything that seems odd may raise suspicions whether seeds or not?
Or perhaps this is no big deal and we should not worry about it? iDK! |
