Finally I am inspired to move ahead with the guidance of a contractor/designer who specialized in kitchens. We will start drawing plans this week, and it will likely take 4-5 months or more to see it complete, as cabinets are custom made in Washington and then have to be shipped by boat to Maui. We won't do the demo until everything is here.

Omg, you're going for it, yay!! I know you've been super immobilized about it, and I would've been too...such a big decision...but it sounds like you have an awesome person to walk you through it. SO excited for you!!! Can't wait to watch it happen
