All that looks tasty. I like the angles you use when you photograph. I'm such a beginner when it comes to taking pics. I would have never thought of for example zooming up on the skewers.
Saw an episode of Jacques Pepin's show and he did corn fritters in tempura batter and topped with creme fraiche and caviar, and with smoked salmon and chives. Yummy.
