I've never heard of bleeding when inserting microchips
. I've only had 2 dogs microchipped(the older ones I currently have) and although Rasta yelped, there was no bleeding. The needle they use to insert is rather big, so maybe a blood vessel was nipped? Laveau is due for hers soon, hopefully that won't happen.
