I'm glad to say my girl was chipped, with a syringe i ordered from AKC, when she was fixed and I kept her activity to a minimum as much as I could and didn't have bleeding issues and still don't. This is the first time I heard of this issue O.o;; I most likely wouldn't try to walk/harness them within the first few days or so after chipping just in case, anyways.
