I'm not a vet but it sound like he needs to be fed more often their little tummies are so small about a tbs my vet told me when Bella was that age. Bella would do that early in the morning so I gave her about 1/4 tsp of pepto the pink stuff and we started feeding her late at night before bed and she grow out of it as she grow and her tummy got big enough to hold enough food to take her through the night |
