I've had mine for over 6 years & the little roller never got stuck. You do have to tap on the roller when you 1st put fresh bottle of water on it to release the air trap. I do have fresh water available for them in bowls also.
It's excellent for puppies that are confined in puppy apartments or ex-pen. Since they can accidentally tip over the water bowls. |
I forgot to add that the end can be unscrewed for cleaning. In a case when the roller did get stuck, just a simple cleaning of the casing & ball will solve the problem.
