There's numbness in his left hand, but one of the nerves was so badly crushed that it'll take time to mend and heal. So at least that bit's going well!!!

At my parent's house - the stairlift was fitted yesterday (it's AMAZING fun!!! and mum's great on it woo hoo!). Our NHS have arranged for carers to come in 3x per day (morning, lunchtime + early evening) just for an hour each time, to bathe them or cook, or whatever they need. A district nurse will come in once a day to organise and help dad with all his medications.

Unfortunately, he wasn't allowed home yesterday - he takes Warfarin and the levels in his blood were sky-high. They're working on him and will re-test him this morning...he was so, so disappointed - but at least now their house is completely organised for his return.

So that's about it for now - love and hugs to all my lovely ladies from all of us over here!! xxx
Good Morning Sally! I hope it's as beautiful and sunny in Surrey this morning as it is here in the west of Ireland. We've had such lovely sunshine lately, I hope the rain stays away for another week or two at least!

I'm SO happy to hear that you and Andy are feeling much better!
Also very glad that the stairlift has been fitted ( I would have tried it out immediately, I bet it is fun!) and the district nurse and carers will be popping in every day to help your parents. I hope your dad is feeling better now and has been allowed home.

Hugs to you all from myself and Pebbles.
