I've done a search and have seen several responses on this. Stomper is over 1 year's old and just started eating poop like crazy. He hangs out with this other dog during the day. The dog will poop and he will be right behind it and eat it before I can get to him. It is terrible and a bad habit. We don't have any cats, but the lady next to us has about 3 of them. They also poop in our yard and of course Stomper eats it!

I've heard that you can give your dog (or the dog that poops) Forbid, Deter, pinapple/spinach or meat tenderizer to prevent this behavior. Have you found any of these to work? Please advise.

I have a vet appoitment on Friday for Stomper and plan to bring his food and discuss this problem with them. However, he is going their to get his 1 year old shots. So...if you have advise that you feel will work, please share!
