I was questioning this too. There's no way I would give either of my yorkies more than one pill of hw medication when it's based on weight and one pill for each weight category. Why couldn't they just give you one pill from the next weight category instead of doubling the dosage for the 2-8 lb(which she's very close to) that could have caused an overdose! Have you spoken to your vet about his/her reasoning for doubling the lowest dosage? I'm so happy to hear Sunni is feeling better
