Default I would like to applaud members of this forum

I want to take this opportunity to applaud all of you who have been involved in this forum and similar forums addressing Yorkie issues since 2006. Because of discussions that are posted, I was able to be educated on the right direction to take medically in addressing our Bono's (a yorkie mix) hepatic arteriovenous (AV) Fistulas and extrahepatic portosystemic shunt (which I learned can be very common in yorkies). He was treated twice at Texas A&M Veterinary Hospital in July and August of 2006 which involved a relatively new procedure for canines that included ten (10) stents being placed within the multiple hepatic arteriovenous fistulas. He was definitely a trooper and lived seven more years before we had to let him go in April 2014.

Keep up the good work because you will never know how many lives you've positively affected because of the time you spend with others in these type of communication forums!!
