When it hurts real bad I just take Tylenol Artritus---it helps sooo much with the pain.

Yours could be more my Mom did hair for YEARS, like 25 and she had it bad, all the wrist movements and having your hands up alot, she had the elbow and shoulder problems too, better go check it out.
