As for suggestions - How about baked ziti? You can make it the day before and then reheat. Same for broccoli and shells w/ garlic and oil. Serve it with a nice loaf of italian bread. I also like a nice big fruit salad at parties. Also you could make some foccacia pizza. I like to make mine with just olive oil and italian herbs brushed on top or with artichoke hearts and some lemon zest. If you dont feel like making the dough, you can just buy one at a pizzeria and add your toppings etc. These hold up at room temp. |
