Reputable breeders do. Most reputable breeders of yorkies are part of the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America which one of there things is not to take the puppies from the moms until 12 weeks or later. Puppies taken before 12 weeks also have socialization problems and biting problems. I have also read several articles about potty training issues being related to that. It is also a huge thing that separates the good breeders from the bad. A lot of breeders who let the pups go before 12 weeks well say lots of stuff to make you think it's ok but in the end it comes out to them not making as much money and it being more work for them.
