I find I really like Victoria Stilwell when I saw some of her shows and tips. She's always seemed to used a very positive and firm but non-aggressive manner of teaching from what I've seen. She's very against using things like shock collars, claw/pin collars and other means that can be considered hurtful to the dog. Compared to Cesar, watching her is almost relaxing.
Hadn't kept up with her as much since when she first came on animal planet but as far as I can tell, she still seems to be doing well in dog behavior managements.

Good to know what sites to avoid in looking for doggie advise, though. I'll usually trust my instinct that if it sounds right for my dog or not. I think a good trainer can work around each individual dog as, like children, different methods work for different dogs.
