Did the vet take any x-rays ? If not then there deff needs to be x-rays taken of the neck & spine. It could be that her back or neck is out but it could be something more serious. I would want blood work also, especially due to the discovery of the tick/bite. Please get her back to the vet OR maybe you need to get a second opinion from a diff vet. I'm not at all comfortable with the fact she's having some serious symptoms & the vet that saw her didn't do much. This baby sounds to be in serious pain from something & it needs to be addressed ASAP as some of the things that can cause these symptoms can be life threatening if not treated promptly & properly.
