I think the majority of puppies eyes shine will be blue. You have to wait a bit to test out the green or red/orange theory. Though it did hold true for me. I've had several fostered yorkies under my care and they all fell under the correct category for the eye shine test. It's not 100% though. You will just have to wait and see!
