Deviled eggs used to be real popular 40 years ago, not so much now, but they are easy.
Stuffed mushrooms is easy and not complicated, just pull the stem, stuff anything you want in the cap and bake. Ground pork with your seasonings or a breakfast sausage like Jimmy Dean, cook it, mince it small in the pan, drain, add cream cheese while meat is still warm, mix and season to taste, place a dab in the cap, do not over fill, parmesan on top is a nice touch..... google a recipe, but you can make it as simple or complicated as you want. Stuff them the day before, refrigerate, cook them the day of.
We're also big pot sticker and meatball fans here... freezer section at the store makes it easy... look up some sauces and chinese mustard. Robyn makes some awesome lumpia but there is a bit of a process making them. Shrimp rangoon(sp), she just mentioned.
