Three things I serve at parties and have taken to big gatherings that were an absolute hit and super easy, all from Costco:
1. they have a big bag of frozen Italian meatballs (small-ish) that are delish warmed with a BBQ type sauce or sweet & sour sauce.
2. The other fav is pot-stickers or their mini chicken cilantro wontons, served with a couple different sauces like a soy/rice vinegar, and a sweet chili sauce and a peanut sauce.
3. The last fav is kelbasa sausage, sliced into 1/4" thick oval pieces, put on a foil lined cookie sheet under broiler to crisp the edges a bit, toss with BBQ sauce, little more broiler, and wow people go crazy over them. |
