Hard to tell at that age but the flash thing didn't work for my Teddy. He had green/blue eyes with all different camera types up until he was about six months old when it was already obvious (by then) that he would have a cotton coat. I think you just have to wait and find out. However, if the coat is thick and dullish now, it will probably be a cotton coat. If it is silky, thin, greasy and reflective, most likely silky.
Also, sometimes white patches are called 'star bursts' and can be retained on the coat until around 1 year when they grow out. This is true for standard color Yorkies (blue/tan) etc.
