What does Parti Yorkie mean? |
A Parti Yorkie is a Yorkie with white patches of fur. If you look up "Parti Yorkie" at images.google.com, you will see many different photos of Parti Yorkies. Parti Yorkies usually have larger patches of white fur than yours does, but sometimes the white patches can be smaller, especially if the Yorkie carries one copy of the Parti color spotting gene, and one copy of the standard solid color gene. This can happen, for instance, if one of the Yorkie's parents was a Parti Yorkie, and the other parent was the standard Yorkie color.
Oh, based on what you said about the eye color when photos are taken with a flash (blue/green), I would predict that your Yorkie will have silky hair.
