I like those mini quiches served in tiny pastry shells. I was recently at an event where for the first the time party sandwhich or tea sandwhich was served - delish.


You can fill the loaf with what-ever innards you want - you remove the crust from the bread of course and you can do the usual rounds or keeping the bread flat using cookie cutters make interesting shapes of the mini sandwhiches.


Watercress and cucumber tea sanndwhich was just great - I had not had that in an age!


I also like a spicey crabmeat dip too.
