OMG! Now you all have me freaked out. I think I too need to get to the doctor. My wake up all the time and both my hands are numb. And I do hair, and there are times when I am round brushing someone's hair and I can no longer turn the brush and they go numb. I know, I know...I have just been putting off going to the doctor about it, because I am scared of the surgery. I too have heard soooo many horror stories. And I LOVE my job and can't imagine not doing hair! I know its bad for me, but I am in denial. Heck, they are falling asleep now....
When it hurts real bad I just take Tylenol Artritus---it helps sooo much with the pain.
But I think its time for me to go to the doctor! Thanks Shana, Villette and Rhonda--thanks for making me open my eyes.
