I am looking to purchase a purebred Yorkshire Terrier puppy and have a found a breeder nearby. Her name is Susan Hertz and is the owner of Let's Talk Yorkies. Before I contact her I want to be certain I am making a smart and safe choice. Has anyone purchased a PET from Let's Talk Yorkies in Long Island. How much did it cost and what kind of services did she provide you? This will be my first dog so I am a little hestitant even though I have seen her Facebook page and good reviews. Please help. Thanks
