If she's sleeping comfy now then she'll sleep comfy all night most likely so get some rest & worry in the A.M.
FYI, steps are ok but ramps are better especially for the tiny dogs as there is quite a jolt to their whole body going down those steps. You will know if she's having pain in the night as she will keep moving around readjusting herself trying to get comfy.
