We have to use both because the Advantix covers ticks, mosquitoes and adult fleas. Sentinel covers flea eggs and parasites, including heartworm. We have a lot of ticks and mosquitoes around here so we need to use both products. All of you have convinced me not to try Trifexis.
Is the K9AvantixII that they sell in the pet supply stores the same as you get at your vet? I was looking at this month's ad for Pet Supplies Plus and it is $10 cheaper for a tube there (when you buy a 4 or 6 pk) than it is at my vet's office.
