A couple of years ago, one of the two places where we board sent out an email to all clients to let them know that they had a new requirement -- the canine influenza vaccine. Then, perhaps a week later, we got a letter from our vet saying that if we wanted to drop off our dogs for any reason (boarding, grooming, etc), the vaccine was required.
