Our state parks were no additional charge until a few years ago, 2008's recession and a couple years later more user fees popped up, with this year's increase and dealer fee, I think it was $36 for the year, I bought it with my fishing license another $60ish, $98 for the two. BUT, I do have access to state lands across the state now. LOL The picture was to illustrate: "They want their money!" LOL

This state park is about 2 miles away and I should get my money's worth. The other two city and county parks are no charge and closer.
