I have the mild kind, it's bad in the morning and when I sleep, like now, I'm tingly and sorta numb, I wear a brace at night, sometimes, when it wakes me up, being totally numb. There are mornings I can't WIPE! I have to wait awhile cause I can't hold toothbrush or put makeup on.. Might wanna go get checked and get a brace, or you can buy those wrist braces at drugstores and see if it helps it.
