A little about myself:
I'm 27, still live at home with my parents and brother. My mom cooks most of the time. I'm not particularly overweight but will like to live a healthier lifestyle, i.e., more active, less snack.

My goodness, we'd love to have you come and join our group. Just email or PM Glad (Jasper Mom) the stats she needs for the weekly report. Make sure you send her your name & email address so she can send you a copy of the weekly report also.
As Glad said, start at the beginning of the thread, slowly read everything and print off what you want to keep.
If I were you, I'd try to talk Mom into this "healthy eating" also. It would benefit everyone in the family.
You truly need to start some form of exercise also.
