It is a serous issue. Many pet owners cannot pay the hundreds of dollars that it costs to rehydrate their pets. Many pets never even see a vet after their initial shots. Many times when we take our pets out in public they are mixing with dogs that have had little healthcare.
Since a dog's nose is always close to the ground they can pick up illnesses from dogs that are no longer in the immediate area.
I hope someone is looking into what is causing this problem and how to treat it properly. |
