This medicine does not taste good. You can try and mix it with food. If that doesn't work you may have to force it down. Is the medicine in a syringe? You can put the syringe right behind their K9s and hold their mouth shut and squirt. Blow on her nose and massage her throat to get her to swallow. I know it sounds horrible but it's fast and effective. Maybe give her a super yummy special treat after to make up for it?
