My yorkie was playing with a Kong plastic thingy and I noticed him chewing on something. Then when I checked the Kong it was missing a teeny tiny small piece. I checked his mouth and saw it in there but could not get it out quick enough and I think he swallowed it.

Do you think he'll just poop it out? Should I be concerned? By the way, I threw away the toy.
