Poor Luna, so sorry she is feeling bad. Probably it is just a tummy bug, but it could be other things such as Pancreatitis. I am sure you will get blood/urine/fecal tests on Saturday, but if she should get worse I would call the vet and take her in asap. In the meantime have you tried boiled chicken breast and rice as a bland diet? If she sees the vet soon he can give Cerenia to stop the nausea and vomiting.
