I realize that loving soft melts bread like bagels is a sin (at least according to my beloved and most east coasters) vs that hard chewy boiled bagel classic but I do...I love soft cheesy oniony garlicky delicious bagels and they are so easy to find here in Oregon
so yup, bagels but the kind I like.
