I'm sure he was scared for whatever reason. Sorry that happened to your neighbor. It does sound like you are going to have to be with them outside and ask people not to pet Toby.
Our Vivi bit someone at Halloween one time and now we put her in the crate around company. I don't want to set her up for failure again. If I had more time I would work with a dog trainer, but since time is limited it is important that this never happen again. Still love her though. |
