My left wrist is KILLING me today. And I am right-handed so I think this is sorta wierd. But my left wrist really hurts and it has sort of a throbbing ache and the fingers twitch a little bit. That hand tingles too. What is this? Is it the beginning of carpel tunnel?
Ive had occasional pains in my right hand from sewing or being on the comptuer all day but I have never had throbbing pains like this that I can remember.
Just wondered if anyone has anything similar to this and can point me in the right direction of how to get rid of it.
