AS for the jumping, maybe you could teach her to stay off the furniture without your invitation. Then she would only be on the loveseat when you can sit with her. Definitely train to use a ramp/steps.
I feel your pain, my tiniest one loves to jump too. She has Grade 1 LP so any jumping is a no-no, but at least she is too tiny to get onto the furniture without help...
