Here's an article on ALP (also known as ALKP, or alkaline phosphatase):

According to this article, "There are no significant medical conditions that cause the ALKP level to be too low." It's a greater concern if the ALP level is higher than normal. Hopefully your vet will give you good news on the blood test results.
