I could get spammed and not know it. If I don't recognize the sender and subject and am not expecting an e-mail from that sender, I simply hit delete. That is probably 90% of my e-mails. Several years ago, I changed my e-mail address because it was getting so bad. It worked wonders. Went from over 300 e-mails a day to about 30. I rarely click on a link from anyone.
