Sorry but I think it's completely wrong, that's a lot of food for a small puppy.
Anyone know what weight measures I should be using if I feed her tinned meat?
Any help would be greatly appreciated |
I would be willing to guesstimate the people who you have chosen to trust to feed their tinned product, hopefully they at the very least, knowledgable about how much to feed a puppy, especially since they are aware of what is in that can!
Puppys should be fed as MUCH as they want...they NEED the calories for energy and glucose, which is vital for the development of muscle as well as BRAIN development. Regardless of how much food it looks like to you, the feeding instructions on that can is SUPPOSED to meet daily minimal requirements necessary for feeding a puppy....if they tell you a can a day, or a can 8 times a day....they know what they put in that can and they know what it is going to take to feed your puppy adequately, to provide MINIMAL daily requirements for a developing puppy.
If you do not trust the brand to know what their feeding parameters are to provide basic, minimal daily requirements necessary to provide what your puppy needs to promote excellent health, emotionally, physically, as well as physically, then I would suggest you consider finding a food that you can trust to provide what your baby needs.
