Did your vet tell you exactly what your furbutt's allergic to? Thing about allergy with pets is bit hard to pin point without going through some process of elimination. There could still be an ingredient(s) your pup could be allergic to. The ingredients I saw on the list for the food you're currently using is:
Rice, duck meal, animal fats, vegetable fiber, beef pulp, minerals, liver digest, Zeolite, Trace elements, vitamins, fish oil.
Rice, duck, fat, beef... are you sure he's not allergic to any of these?
Does it seem like he's doing it more in certain seasons or is it about the same all year round? Have you changed detergents for clothes/house cleaning about the time he started showing these symptoms?
Again... it's hard to pinpoint what's causing allergies so the only suggestion I have is for you to take out one thing at a time to see if it makes any difference.
