My vet suggested Nutri-Cal when mine was 8 weeks old. You must have something similar over there. Ask your vet. It helps with not eating enough and low blood sugar. I was told to do this 4x a day between meals. It also helped with MY anxiety. I knew for sure he had enough calories and nutrition.
Also, if you do change foods remember to go slowly mixing in the new food a little at a time because that can upset their stomachs too.
