 menstrual cycle
hello everyone. so my lil sophie i believe is getting her period. for the first time she just turned a year old on march 16. now i meant to get her fixed a long time ago but then she broke her leg and had to get surgery so it got put on the back burner. i am going to call her vet tomorrow but can anyone tell me. how long the bleeding can last? its just some spotting nothing heavy yet. do dogs get cramps like us women do? also does the vet have to wait til she is done with this cycle in order to operate on her. thanks |
