It's called a whole baking hen about 7 pds. Very moist helps when I cook it in a baking bag. Our strawberries usually can be picked in our area about this time of year or within the next few weeks. There's a place that plants several acres of them and the public is welcomed to come and pick as many as you like. They charge by the basket full. But for this weekend we will pick them up from the grocery. They're not as tasty but has to work for now. Once the whipping cream is added you almost can't tell the difference.
