This is always a hard for me, because some of the family doesn't like ham, so there's always so much left over. I started making pulled pork a few years back, but it was labor intensive, you had to brine the pork 12 hours bake it 12 hours and it was good, but then I tasted Byron's pulled pork and I quit cooking it myself. So we have pulled pork on those sweet Hawaiian rolls, coleslaw, deviled eggs, and a few other side dishes. Easter is now very easy and I can spend time with my family.
